Do you offer custom plans?
Unfortunately we do not offer custom VPS plans. If you're not sure what you need, why not try starting at the lowest plan and upgrading as you need? You can upgrade any time at no charge!

How long will it take to set up my account?
Due to the increase in internet fraud over the recent years, all orders are fraud screened and then manually activated by our Accounts Department. This process can take up to 12 hours. There is no way you can speed up this process, unless you have a time machine, or a pretty awesome cat.
